Is my lifestyle healthy (meal, exercises)?

Hi, I just want to check if my lifestyle a healthy one, I always have six spoonful of oatmeal, 2 slice of bread(wholemeal) with a slice of low fat cheese, and a 250 ml mug of power milk.

Since my breakfast is usually close to noon, so I dont take lunch at all, usually pop in a few cherry tomato for snack and drink 3-4 mug of plain water( sometimes tea).

At night I will have one slice of fish meat, small potion of pork mince, small potion of pig liver, small bowl of macaroni for good carbs, and two slice of bread(wholemeal) with two slice of picnic ham and cabbages in it.

After that I would go for a 2km jog every night( except Sunday)

After jog I would have one dish of fruit served which includes one apple, one orange, one slice of water-melon, 8 grapes, small banana, serve with fruit salad dressing.

and that's conclude a day of mine.
forgot to add, before I woke up from bed, I would do 50 sit up, 40 times of lifting 4kg dumbbell each on both hand and 20 pushup.

Another time around noon and evening, total 3.
I'm 26, bmi is 20.6.
