Is my hiit routine for stationary biking okay?

I do this routine every other day
5mins warm up
15 seconds all effort
1:00min slow
i do this about 10 times
3min cool down

Will this give results and is this a good routine?
 
What I have read in the past, is that if you continue that all the time, then your body will get use to it and once it is use to it, it would be harder to loose weight that way. I suggest that you do that and make up a few different other routines and mix and match them and do them at different intensity levels and then it will keep your body working hard cause its not use to it. if that makes sense
