I'm 24 years old right now...
When I was 20 years old, I could use the elliptical at a resistence of 20, and an incline of 20 for 10 hours a day without feeling tired...... My heart rate was about 150
Now... I do an incline of 0, and a resistence of 10, and have difficulty maintaining the exercise for more than 2 hours a day... And when I do this my heart rate is about 171...
It's ONLY been 4 years!!! How did my health get this bad? How long do you think it will take for me to get back to my original repose and shape, as well as fitness level?
I am obese but still have the health of a skinny person... because I wasn't born fat... I've only been fat for about 3 years... so I stil have the fitness level and capabilites of a skinny person, I want to lose about 80 pounds... so that my health doesn't get any worse.
