is my green tree python sick?

i just got a green tree python and it is looking like it is having trouble shedding but thats not what im worried about his bottom jaw is not connecting to the top and it looks nasty i have seen alot of snakes and own alot but this is different it looks like something is eating away his bottom jaw any feedbaack would help tramendesly has anyone ever seen something like this also he is still very active and aggressive
