Is my friends house haunted?

I've been going to my friends house a awful lot. But every time I go there I see some one go upstairs, then when I think it's my friend, it's not it disappears. Also I feel like there is some thing hovering over her baby sister. Another thing is I can never sleep. I wake up every five minutes, I think something like a baby toy keeps being thrown at me. Because it is always right next to me. My friend says that her ghost is friendly but would he really be?
Ps I'm not kidding >:( I'm scared for my friend.
