Is my fish pregnant or sick?

My fish is a black molly, and I have 2 in total. I'm not certain if it is a male or female. I know that I'm not overfeeding it, but It lays on the bottom (sometimes it swims) in the breeder tank I put it in, and a white tube is slightly sticking out by it's anal fin.
 
It sounds like a parasite called an anchor worm. Try buying some parasite medicine and treat the tank. It will harm the fish if it is not treated soon. Good Luck!
