Is my fish going well?

I have a fish bowl in which I have 2 goldfish (2-3 inch each) and i change the water 2-3 times daily and almost daily i wash the bowl. I give them 10-12 grains of feed after every 24 hours (red and green grains). I use filtered water? Do I have to use boiled water or is my overdoing harmful for the fish.????
