I weigh 160 pounds, and I'm really not muscular. Doing 10 regular pushups is abit hard for me so i decided to kick it up a notch.
This is all that i do in 1 session.
1. I'm doing 2 sets of 20 assisted pushups, meaning that i would do 20 now, then the rest after all my other exercise stuff. when i say assisted pushup, i mean it as on my knees, with my feet crossed at the ankles, rather than on my toes. I plan to move up to doing 15 regular pushups in a few weeks.
2. I'm doing 30 sit-ups.
3. Biking on one of those fixed bikes and going for 10 miles( it shows how many miles you've biked)
Is this a good exercise routine? I'm planning to do more in the future, once i feel i've reached a certain point in my fitness.
Also, the front of my armpits are always sore the day after i do pushups. Is that just because they're not used to me doing pushups so often or is it something more serious?
