Is my exercise routine right?

I am 14.7 and 132 lbs and 5-6.5.My workout schedule:

sunday,monday,wed,thur,sat push ups 10x4 sit ups 30x4 leg raise with 1.5 kg 30x4
the extra thing I do that is lift my body like sit ups but not fully (about 30 degree).I do it 5x4 or 10x4 those days.will it work on six pack?Or I need to look upon other muscles also?what am I missing and what should I do?I also have a little fat.PLS help
