Is my exercise routine good?

I am 15 and sick of being chubby

i do 15minute interval training cycle ride (15secs hard cycling, 15 secs slow cycling) 5 days a week

i do three day streangth thing:
1st day: 2 times 50 push ups
2nd day: 3 times 10 pull ups
3rd day: 5min plank

is this good and healthy for 15yr old?

am i doing right number of reps and sets etc.

can i do this at 15?
