Is my exercise regiment ok?

I run 2.1 miles 6 days a week at 11min/mile, do 2 sets of 25 reps of pushups and situps each day.

On Tues/Thurs I do 3 sets of 25 burpees.

I'm 45, I still sorta eat like crap, but is this enough exercise?
