My ex-boss was an exceptional control freak and famous for pounding on the panic button like a heroin addict in withdrawal banging down their favorite dealer's door. She was notoriously always going on vacations with her "sister" to Ogunquit, Maine or that immediate area. Her actual sister is married and had a family of her own.
She's also a "big" woman, but has lost weight. I have never seen her wear any really feminine clothes or feminine colors other than this horrid pink sweater that makes her look like Delores Umbridge from the Harry Potter books.
She looks kind of manly from certain angles, has the personality of congealed cooking grease, and doesn't really get along with most men. No one really likes her overall. They are pleasant to her only because of her managerial title due to her being quite overbearing and her tendencies to worry about stupid stuff and not the stuff that truly matters.
Recently, my new boss who knows her, referred to her as a "horrible, ugly, raging lesbian troll". I'm not sure if that's entirely accurate or simply rude. I mean, yes, I can see his point, but I hate stereotypes unless they are 110% accurate. Thoughts?
