is my cousin behaving weird?

i don't know he always plays with my hair when he passes, and he sometimes grabs my arms really tightly and squeezes and puts his arms round my shoulders. ive seen him stare at me for a long time, but i try to ignore it. and when he thinks hes upset me, like one time he hurt me by mistake and i went into my girl cousins room just randomly and he like came in and was like sorry and kissed my cheeks. also if i want to go somewhere he would go out of his way to drop me off with his car and then drive really dangerously and fast and ask me if i was scared and then he'd boast about cars he wants to buy the next time i come to visit. and when he arrives back hed ask were i was...and hes tried to wrestle me by putting me in a head lock and stuff..oh and he always tries to come to wear i would be siting..sometimes he tries to make me compliment him as well and he always topless around me...its really weird.i don't know what to think.. it just really worries me sometimes especially because im 16 and hes like 22... i hope its just me over analyzing but ive noticed his sudden behavior change over the last 2 times ive visited my aunts. oh im a girl btw.... ahh help!
