doing it again? I'm 24 and used to overdose as a coping skill. Well I haven't overdosed since April 2010.. And I have a therapist who comes to my house once a week, and she's coming over in an hour an a half.. and lately, when I'm mad, I just dig my nails into my face and scratch until my face bleeds.. And it's just a way for me to let out all my anger.. Well I never plan on doing it, it just happens.. And it happened last night, and it still shows.. Can she do anything about it or will she just let it be ?
