Is my car written off?

Hello,

I've got a 2001 Ford Focus and I'm wondering if it's written off or not. I ended up hitting a deer on my way from work, and there is lots of damage. The drivers door won't even open. I paid $3,800 for the car. It was used previously. Is my car written off?
