I vomit on average 2 times a day although this can go up to around 6 on a bad day, and not at all on a good day. I do have a history of over using laxatives although this only lasted for a short time, and I am currently attempting to cut down on herbal diet pills and am now taking on average 10 pills a day. I water fast and restrict when I am able, and walk for at least 2 hours everyday, all fast paced. I have a lot of panic and anxiety attacks, plus I suffer from depression. This has been going on for about a year now.
I am going to see my doctor on Tuesday to get a referral to see a psychologist or psychiatrist, because I know I need help.
But I just need to know that I am not just over exaggerating, I mean other people vomit, am I really that weird?
Please tell me I am not just being silly.
