Is my British Panasonic camera compatible with U.S. TVs?

I bought a Panasonic Lumix fz100 from Britain and am wondering if I can watch video footage from my new camera on an American television if I plug it in with the same wires that enable me to view footage on a British TV. Will I be unable to watch it on an American television due to the PAL/NTSC divide? Any information would be much appreciated!
