I will do anything to have sex with my boyfriend (that I live with) We are in our early 30's. We VERY seldom have sex..when we do it's great. Put it this way, young-ish lovers, not married, no kids, live together...sex ONCE a month. We love each other very much but for months we have had this problem. I dress sexy, wear lingerie, dance, fellatio, simply kissing, indulging in his fantasies....I can sit on him stark NAKED and nothing happens....NONE of these things gets him going. I get a shrug off like I am imposing..I know he's not cheating. I trust him. He just has no desire for sex in general. And a lot of pride.
I approached him about it..I said we could go to a therapist together, on my dime. I said there may be stuff I could learn and he could learn...He said he was not the one with the problem...that he's not 18 anymore (he's 31) and it just doesn't bother him. Instead, he said I need to go to therapy since I AM THE ONE WHO HAS THE ISSUE ABOUT NOT HAVING SEX!
I am so heart-broken, embarrassed, lonely and horny. Worried about our future life together....
What do I do? I can't stand his lack of desire for me, and his inability to get it up...and NOT get help! IS this normal? Is this really something that happens to guys in their 30's? Help me...
