I just recently purchased a blackberry offline and it came today in the mail and I put the battery into the phone and tried to turn it on and nothing happened. I think plugged the phone into the wall and a red light flashed on for about 30 seconds and then a white screen came up with a white battery and a blue lighting bolt through it. What does this mean? Please help as soon as possible because I only have 14 days to return it. Thanks so much!
