I have a female betta fish, and she's sick. She looks white with red stripes, but when i put my hands around the cup, she changes to her natural color, dark red. I had her in a cup because I had to remove her from a tank, and I can only put her in at 10:00 tonight. I live in Canada, and it's 7:26 right now. So is my beta fish really changing colors, or is it just my hands making the betta fish's skin darker?
