Okay so yesterday I was in Crested Butte, Colorado bike riding and their was this metal bridge with little holes in it and my front bike tire got stuck in it and I went flying off and landed on my left arm. It hurt worse then anything I had ever felt! Now it is the second day and my arm has been in much pain. Here is a list of the problems with my arm:
#1. Extremely sore!
#2. My arm has a big colorful bruise
#3. If I try to move my wrist or any part of my arm it hurts extremely.
#4. Ice makes it hurt!
#5. Its been the same for 24 hours
#6. My arm that hurts has been dark red
