Someone stole my bike a couple of weeks ago and it just so happens that I saw one of the groundkeepers wheeling a bike around the complex today that looks exactly like it. I haven't done anything, yet. I'm sure I'll get the police involved rather than doing anything myself, just in case I'm wrong, but I'm curious as to whether or not my apartment complex shares any liability for this.
