Is my 3 day exercise cycle a good one?

Day 1: Run at least 3.5 km minimum, so far it is also my max hahaha
Day 2: 30 crunches, 30 leg lifts, 1 min Oblique hold (1 min each side), bokken usage (many techniques for arms) 30 mins, 20 push-ups 2 reps, attempted handstand (getting there)
Day 3: Easy back exercises

Is this good or is it too much?
