Is my 14 gallon fish tank too crowded?

First off, I realize my Balas will have to move out when they start to get big. What I have in my 14 gallon 10x20" tank:
2 Bala Sharks (currently 2")
4 albino corys
5 Zebra Danios/Glofish
2 Bloodfin Tetras
1 Dwarf Gourami

P.S. I have a decent amount of various structures/fake plants but also open spaces for the Balas to dart around.
