Is motion sensor/accelerometer games possible for this phone?

I have a Samsung Star (S5233A). It was preloaded with a motion sensor game of dice. Every time you move or tilt the phone, the dice moves and stuff. I was wondering if i could get other motion sensor games on to it but don't know whether they would work. Please give links to games that would work and are in Java format ".jar". I saw that my sister can play need for speed with motion sensor on her Sony Ericsson but i don't know where to get working g games.

Please help.
