Is mobile intel 965 express chipset family a good or bad graphics card?

Because I am trying to record Spyro 2 on an emulator with FRAPS and camstudio, but it gives me LOTS of lag.. Should I update my graphics card somehow, or am I screwed? Because I use a laptop, and that makes replacing graphics card EXTREMELY difficult, if not impossible...

Sorry, you're screwed. Your hardware is just not up to the task. Use a desktop.
