There is plaster/gyp rock left on the window after construction, so I do not want to use a metal scrapper to get it off as that would probably scratch or remove the tinted film on the glass. I also do not want to discolor the tinted film either by using chemicals. Would methylated spirits and washing up liquid be okay?
