Been prescribed it for severe PMS symptoms. Nothing physically wrong as had all the tests. 1 week in to my second cycle but not noticing any improvement yet, only lighter bleeding. Still getting mood swings and period pain plus backache which I didn't get before. Also had thrush and general itching during 1st cycle. It may also be increasing the effects of my antidepressant (Dosulepin) that I am being weened off at present. Keen to hear other people's experiences. Any feedback welcome
