Is "Little Chili Lolita Shop" ok to order from?

I was sent this link for Little Chili Lolita Shop and I really like some of their dresses and shoes...
I'm planning to order a couple but first I want to know if they're an okay to order from, or if it's not a good idea...
they're really greatly priced too...
has anyone ordered from them before? Is the quality ok?
