I truly hope that Caylee is still alive. There is so much weirdness about the whole situation. According to the grandmother, Caylee's father died in a car accident; however, the grandmother never met the Caylee's father?!! That's bizarre. Who is Caylee's father, really? Does he have the child now? That may be the only hope that Caylee is alive, that the mother gave the child to the father. There are photographs of the mother partying shortly after the child disappeared, which is strange behavior for a mother with a beloved child missing. Caylee's mother is in her early 20s. For a person so young to have such little disregard for human life is hard to digest; it doesn't seem possible. I would be interested to know if Caylee's mother has a history of sociopathic behavior; because, if she does not, it is not logically feasible that a mother could kill her own daughter and party as though the world is brighter than ever. Caylee's mother is definitely lying and should be in jail a long, long, long time regardless of whether Caylee is alive or not, because she is impeding the investigation. Also, I disagree that Caylee's mother has the right to silence, if it will incriminate her. At some point, American society MUST stand up and insist that victim's rights have to come before assalant's rights.
