The two posters above are fanboys. Many years ago domestics were bad, but they've improved quite a bit since then. In JD Power's Initial Quality Survey, Ford and Lincoln were tied with Honda for reliability and Acura was below the industry average.
Also the two above don't know that the MKZ is based on the Ford Fusion/Mazda 6, which is a very good car with a large supply of parts out there.
I drive an Acura and maintenance is quite expensive ($80/hour labour). I'm not sure if its less (I would assume so) for Honda. The Lincoln shouldn't cost much more than a Honda to repair and maintain, and its parts are easily available.
