if i been paying every month money por my children, and i have the stubs sign for the mom she can still sue me for child support?? the judge can still mandate me to pay?? also is a law mandate the ammount before court i have to pay?

If support hasn't been court ordered, you are able to prove you've been paying. (Good for you.)

She can request an increase at any time, but child support is based on your income. The courts will calculate the amount you should pay based on your income. IT may be higher than what you're paying now, in which case you will be ordered to pay the higher amount.

Keep every receipt ...without them all you've given becomes gifts not accountable by the courts . The courts have a base pay scale / per your amount being made . Said amount per child . This is not determined until you have gone to court ..She can sue you Thur the courts anytime you increase your pay scale so she'll receive a larger amount , same goes with you- you can ask for a decrease if your pay scale goes down or you loose your job . Mandated amounts are determined after all financial documents have been received and reviewed by the courts .
