is Kingdom hearts 3 coming out for the ps3 and y isn't it coming out for the ps2 system?

i would like to know is it coming out to ps3 and i am a huge fan of the kingdom hearts trilogy and yes i am 18 but still i love to play kingdom hearts 3 and more if u make it but i own a ps2 and i said i will stick with the ps2 system because of the gas prices and the bills so please for me and anyone else who have the same problem like me make a kingdomhearts 3 and up for a ps2 system.
