Is King Of The Hill considered a dramedy?

It's not exactly crazy, and possibly one of the more realistic animated shows, as well as the fact that the humor isn't exactly a laugh for a lot of seconds (as well as rolling on the ground kind of laughter), it seems pretty relaxed.

I also notice it seems to have qute a couple of dramatic moments.

So...should it be rendered as a drama/comedy (dramedy)?

When I was a kid,(20 now) I thought this show was boring. Extremely boring.
I was watching Animaniacs...powerpuff girls, captain planet, rugrats, toonami.
KoftheHill just felt to "real". But now 10 years later...I actually can relate to the characters.
The man(Hank) has good morals. Doesnt take crap from ppl, and is just trying to support his family.
I'll take King of the Hill over Family Guy any day. All family guy has is the 4th wall,
and other aspects of media and the world to make fun of. Hey, dont get me wrong. I love crude humor.
Its great to ROFL, but sometimes
you need to just chill and relax a bit. KOH does that well.

It's a straight-faced farce as opposed to a joke-y sitcom with lots of physical humour and gags.

It's most certainly NOT a dramedy, though.

I would say that the serious aspects of the show tend to make it lean towards a 'dramady' at times, but I agree that it's first, and foremost, a comedy.

Or a 'collage frat boy' kind of way when you think about it.
