Is Killer Gaming Network worth it - is it good for WoW?

I am thinking about getting the Killer NIC™ K1 Gaming Network Card, and i am not sure if its worth $150. i am mainly going to play WoW, and a few other online games, which arent too hardcore.

So can you please tell me if it helps and if its worth it? Thanks

Dual nVidia GeForce 9800GT 512MB better than

nVidia GeForce GTX 285 1024MB ??
