I'm having trouble finding an operation decision Maxwell Technologies makes and I was wondering if I could just say that the fact they adopt Kaizen is an operational decision in itself, for example the decisions the supervisors make in order to keep their workforce from making defective products and minimising waste etc.
- If this is completely wrong and can't be an operational decision, could you please offer me something I could use to search (I have access to many business information databases) to pull up something on operational decision making in Maxwell Technologies.
Any input on this matter would be greatly appreciated!
