Bold? First off, his music doesn't hit any new ground, he's just one in his generation of "teen idols" and the type of music and public image he has, has been around for 30 years at least. Since no one except those actually around him knows him personally, I can't answer on that front, but musically, no way. Nothing bold, original, or unique.
