im joining the military in about 2 years and im waaaay out of shape so i'm going to start conditioning and gettinf back in shape and im doing track next year. but is jogging better to build endurance or is sprinting? cause im not sure...
oh and im going in the air force to be specific, any tips for basic would helppp :)

Jogging is a nice way to exercise but sprinting beginning with a high constant speed then decreasing as you continue to get tired to points where the pain is bearable until you can not go any further works well. I was required jog for a warmup only for 10 minutes in track and then sprint for 30 minutes at a constant speed. DON'T go all out though cause you will need energy just a fast but steady speed.
