Is it wrong to NOT want to answer to someone with less education?

Some friends and I were having this debate. Not saying whether I was pro or con just trying to broaden the population of survey.
by "answer to" I mean report to in a job.
 
I think it would be nice if educated people tried to spread education as best they can so we can all have intelligent conversation. However, sometimes the ignorance of people really becomes to annoying to contend with, so I'd say no it's not wrong, it's just not preferable in my opinion.
