zoey my 2 1/2 month old puppy hates going outside, she is so hyper and rambunctious but as soon as i take her outside to play she just lays down or scratches at my leg and wants to be held. but as soon as we get back inside she is hyper as all get out. this isnt just one place either, when we take her to the park (not dog park just reg one), friends houses, my parents yard. i cant take her to dog parks yet because we are not finished with her shots yet so thats out of the question. i have no problem letting her stay inside but i want her to be able to play outside and be in the sun too! any advice?!?
she is mostly white and her fur is shaggy but not long... i guess you would say its medium, i bring water outside for her but she still hates it.
