UFC 2009 - I haven't played much because i dont really like too much but its alright.
Assassins creed 2 - Beaten it and nearly have all achievements, plan on buying brotherhood which is like an improved version.
[Prototype] OR Call of duty 4 - Beaten both and havent played in ages, but in the future i may play cod 4 with friends im not sure. Prototype is pretty fun.
Does this sound worth it?
