I am currently working in Germany (we speak English in the office) and I am just wondering if studying German is worth the effort. German is a beautiful language, and I would be honored to speak it fluently.
However, almost everybody in Germany speaks fluent English and the importance of the German economy in the world is decreasing.
If I invested time and money in learning this language, will I be somehow "rewarded" in the future? Thanks.
