is it worth it if i buy a 99 honda accord with 97,000 miles on it?

The model is an EX which is top of the line. The guy wants $7,000 but thats a bit high. I want to get him down to about $5,000 or $6,000. Do you think it is worth it?
 
First of all, a 10 year old honda with only 97000 miles, i doubt it, but if it is it should be extra clean. Very little wear on driver seat. I would want to see the maintence records and then i would offer $4000 you can always go up
