Is it worth getting a Short Ram Intake on my 2006 Honda Civic EX?

It's an automatic transmission on the inline 4 cylinder. I do not have any other mods to the car. I want to gain some better noise without spending a bunch of money and hopefully some horsepower too. I originally wanted a cold air intake because of greater benefits but I am not willing to risk hydrolocking. Thanks
