In 1996 a law passed that car builders need to make there cars less poluting, so they become less gas effiecent. Older cars are cheaper, and better on gas, easier to fix and everything ( i'm talking about a 94 honda civic ) Should i buy a 97 honda civic with 160000kms for 4000 , or is it better to buy older cars?
