Is it weird to wear denim cutoff shorts to an indoor concert?

um no... it just depends on the type of concert. If its a hip band or artist cut of jeans and leggins with a funky shirt could totally be rocked!
 
...with a fitted black hoodie and a lace tank underneath? The bands aren't that well known, so probably won't be a ton of people there. What do you think? Any tips/suggestions?
yeah, it's an alternative-ish concert :)
 
if they're fashion-hemmed or have fabric hanging - its awesome.

otherwise no.
