Well, I'm trying to put on muscle in my legs. And when I was working out(lifting weights), right after I work out, like a 45 mins later, I could swear my hams and quads would be a little bigger. Just a little. At that time I was only working out a little. Mainly Squats, Lunges, One leg squats, side lunges, etc. But I'm about to start going to the gym, leaving my dads old workout stuff to some real equipment, also it would be nice to give some suggestions of what workouts to do. I'm like 114-116 and I'm 5'7 so yeah I'm tall and skinny. And Im sick of the lanky look.
