Is it weird to not wear underpants in public?

I rarely wear underwear (I am a 13 yr old girl) and i sometimes don't wear a bra (i am size 36 A) I don't rly wanna wear underwear with a skirt, but... well u no. the only problem i see is vaginal discharge. I seem to be a pretty horny teenager tho! I would like to walk around naked showin off my boobs!
 
I always wear panties but I don;t wear bras anymore. they are unnecessary. just be sure to wear them when you wear a dress or a skirt. and I say to hell with bras because.

They had a new study saying that bras contribute to saggy breast and breast cancer when worn for long periods of time.
