Is it weird to go to a dance alone ?

sweetie, dont worry about not having anyone to go with! just go, have fun. mingle with the sexy single boys ( which im sure theres tons!). dont worry about dancing, please. just go with the flow; if you're really self concious then maybe copy the girls around you dance moves! or sit out and play the field (;

I don't have any friends to go to the crystal ball at my school and it is tonight . I want to go but I don't have a date or dance skills so what to do what to do .
I already have a dress picked out .
