is it weird to fantasize about my friends mom?

lol ok me and my friend are both in gr.9 (14 turning 15) and we've been best friends since like gr. 6, but sometimes when im masterbating i think of his mom and sister in crazy situations. example 1: i switch bodies with his dad and screw his mom, example 2: im masterbating in his house while im like sleeping over and his sister catches me or his mom and ill be like "srry plzz dont tell anyone i wont doit agen" and i imagine them saying "its ok, your my guest, i wouln't want u getting blue-balls" and then gives me a bj...... his mom has the same facial features as him, but i think she has some really nice breasts... :D amazing set of twins :D... is this screwed up or normal??
 
Nothing wrong with that. Everyone has their own little fantasy!

I have fantasies about fathers, grandfathers and uncles of people close to my age all the time (I'm in my 20s)
